I thought this sweetheart had a family coming for her but she does not! PLEASE pray for her & someone needs to step forward & give her a life! she is in an institution now. From what I've heard about her, she does not seem cognitively delayed. She needs YOU!!!! Follow our example & take a leap of faith. I bet you will NEVER regret it!!!!!! I KNOW she won't!!!!
God will help you when you step out in faith. Not before but when you step out! Five weeks ago we didn't have any extra money BUT God moved when we moved!!!! Now we already have half of the money raised for our adoption! Don't be fearful, we serve a GREAT God who tells us to take care of the orphans. He will help you! We are proof of that help!!!!
You can give excuses to me and they maybe valid. Heck I have lots of excuses WHY we shouldn't, couldn't adopt any more kids....but we chose to step out and do it! You can too. You have so much to give! One day we all will stand befoe God and He will ask us what did we do "for the least of them"? What will you say???
"Our life maybe a crazy life but it's our life" I'm married to a pastor of a small rural church, who is also the prison chaplain. We have 5 kids, each with their unique story. I love gardening & we all love the outdoors. Our life is not the way we planned it to be, but we are learning to trust God in every area. Come and read about our life as we live it to the fullest!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this plea for Michelle!!!! I know someone is out there for her! Her grant has been going up recently, and more and more it seems there are people out there advocating for her! Oh how I wish I could bring her home! Oraying fir sweet Michelle everyday!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteWe brought home 2 girls from Bulgaria in July 2010. Tavi at that time was 4 1/2. She was born at 27 weeks and is fully blind as a result. Yana was 7 1/2 and has Down syndrome. We are still having our fair share of headaches and frustrations, and down right hair pulling challenges ;). But we would not go back and change our minds even if we could!
I will be praying and following along on your journey! I'm just so happy for them!
